Coaching Purpose

To help you stand out in your effort to land your dream job.

This career coaching engagement will provide participants with an overview of job recruitment process.
You will develop knowledge that will allow you to successfully develop and address selection criteria in a cover letter and resume. You will also practise interview technique to help equip you for real job scenario.

By the end of this coaching engagement, participants will be able to:

  • Self-asses and determine suitability or career pathway. (helping you in designing your individual career plan.).

    You will gain a better understanding of oneself strengths, weaknesses than ever before so you can build a concrete life blueprint.

  • Have a well written resume ready for job submission.

    We'll guide you in writing your resume from scratch or help you improve on your existing resume. (Identify key components of a resume and cover letter.)

  • Mock interview (analyse interview questions and responses.)

    We'll have a series of role play mock interview sessions to help you build your self confidence and prepare for real job interviews. Plus essential tips to prepare how to show up for a job interview.
